Marc Ciancimino

Marc co-founded All Seas Capital in 2019, where he focuses on supporting portfolio companies to deliver transformational growth, serves on the Investment Committee, leads deal origination and capital raising, and oversees the firm's overall management. With almost 25 years' experience originating and investing in structured transactions across Europe, Marc brings a wealth of perspective on new opportunities and what makes an “All Seas” deal.

Before establishing All Seas, Marc spent over a decade as a partner at KKR & Co., where he started the firm's European private credit business, with an emphasis on hybrid transactions. He was a member of KKR's Global Private Credit Committee and served on the Portfolio Management Committee.

Marc started his career in 1995 at Citibank and also worked at Bankers Trust before moving to the buyside in 1999. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Cambridge and a Master's degree from the University of London.
