Dominik Simler

Dominik is a Senior Advisor in the investment team. He has 18 years of experience in private equity and a proven track record in the pan-European mid-market.

Before joining All Seas Capital, Dominik was Partner & Head of DACH at L-GAM Advisors, where he led investments across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. His career also includes senior roles at AEA Investors and Investcorp, where he focused on deploying capital and working with family offices and institutional investors. Dominik has successfully deployed over €1 billion across 12 platform investments and has played an integral role in driving complex strategic, operational, and financial initiatives across Europe.

Dominik holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in International Business, Finance, and Economics from the University of Manchester and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the United States.
