Joe Petrusic

Joe joined All Seas Capital in 2020 and ia a Partner in the Investment Team, where he supports portfolio companies in achieving transformational growth, leads investments, drives deal origination, and assists with the firm’s capital raising efforts.

Before joining All Seas, Joe was a Vice President at Lazard, where he spent nearly six years in the Financial Sponsors and Industrials M&A teams. He worked on a diverse range of transactions, including sell-side and buy-side M&A, IPOs, and refinancing deals. More recently, he focused on mid-market transactions, offering a variety of capital solutions ranging from full control to minority equity.

Joe began his career at Deloitte, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, and he is a graduate of Durham University.
