Charlie Budenberg

Charlie joined All Seas Capital in 2020 and is a Director in the Investment Team. He focuses on supporting the firm’s portfolio companies in achieving transformational growth, deal origination, and assisting with the firm’s capital raising efforts.

Before joining All Seas, Charlie was with Lazard in the Industrials and Financial Sponsors M&A teams. During his time there, he worked on a diverse range of transactions, including sell-side and buy-side M&A, as well as restructuring and refinancing deals. Charlie previously qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and holds a degree from Durham University.
