Frederic Chiche

Frederic Chiche joined All Seas Capital in 2025 and is Head of France in the Investment Team, based in Paris. He will focus on enhancing the firm’s presence in the French market, leveraging his extensive local expertise and international experience to originate investments and support All Seas Capital’s portfolio.

With over 20 years of experience in finance and private capital, Frederic has focused on mid-market private equity, specialising in sourcing, executing, and managing investments in B2B, business services, and tech-enabled businesses.

Prior to joining All Seas Capital, Frederic co-headed Capza’s mid-market flexible equity platform. He has held senior roles at 3i Private Equity, overseeing mid-market majority buyouts in France, and at ING, where he worked within its M&A business. Frederic has also worked at Silverfleet Capital, Providence Equity Partners, Morgan Stanley, and Rothschild & Cie.

Frederic holds a Business Degree from HEC Paris and an Engineering Degree from Telecom Paris (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications).
