Our Journey
We are working closely with SoMeD’s management team to accelerate its expansion strategy, capitalising on the increasing and more complex medical needs of the population across France and the shift of care out of hospitals towards proximity healthcare facilities, accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic and underpinned by a chronic undersupply of healthcare services in the regions.
All Seas is actively supporting the institutionalisation of the business at Board and operational management levels, as well as identifying potential adjacent services opportunities to foster the business’ organic growth plan.
