All Seas Capital Continues to Grow Investment Team

All Seas Capital, a pan-European private capital firm that provides transformational capital solutions to leading founder- and entrepreneur-owned companies, today announced the appointment of Nick Köncke as an Investment Associate. Nick joins the investment team to support the firm’s continued growth.

Nick joins All Seas Capital from global investment bank Harris Williams. Prior to that, he worked at Stephens in Frankfurt, supporting mid-market M&A transactions. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Goetzpartners (recently renamed Fortlane Partners), KPMG, Commerzbank, and EY.​

Nick holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Mannheim, Germany, with a finance major and a thesis on private equity performance. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Leibniz University Hannover, Germany. All Seas Capital provides flexible long-term financing solutions to leading Western European mid-market businesses. Alongside transformational capital, the firm provides board-level expertise to entrepreneurs and management teams who do not want to sell majority stakes.

All Seas Capital is led by Marc Ciancimino and Cristobal Cuart, who co-founded and led KKR’s European mezzanine and preferred equity business and have an extensive track record, with €3.4bn invested across 45 businesses before founding All Seas Capital.
