All Seas Capital Expands Investment Team with French Senior Hire

All Seas Capital, a pan-European private capital fund that provides transformational capital solutions to leading founder- and entrepreneur-owned companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Frederic Chiche to its investment team as Head of France. Based in Paris, Frederic will focus on expanding All Seas Capital’s presence in the French market, leveraging his deep local expertise and broad international experience.
Frederic brings over 20 years of experience in finance and private capital investment, including 14 years in mid-market private equity with a particular focus on sourcing, executing and managing investments in B2B, business services, and tech-enabled businesses, where he has developed an extensive network of relationships across the European mid-market.
Prior to joining All Seas Capital, Frederic co-headed the mid-market flexible equity activity at Capza, a pan-European investment platform. Earlier in his career, Frederic held senior roles at 3i Private Equity, where he was responsible for mid-market majority buyouts in France, and at ING, working within its M&A business. He also brings valuable experience from Silverfleet Capital, Providence Equity Partners, Morgan Stanley and Rothschild & Cie.
Frederic holds a Business Degree from HEC Paris and an Engineering Degree from Telecom Paris (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications).
