All Seas Capital Appoints Ribhu Agrawal As COO & CFO
18 June 2025: All Seas Capital, a pan-European private capital firm that provides transformational capital solutions to leading founder- and entrepreneur-owned companies, today announced the appointment of Ribhu Agrawal as COO and CFO. In this role, Ribhu will lead the firm’s finance, tax and compliance functions to support All Seas Capital’s continued growth across Western Europe.
Ribhu has over 12 years’ experience across private markets and joins All Seas Capital from Fairview Capital Group, a secondary advisory firm, where he served as CFO and COO. During his tenure, formalised and led finance, compliance and operational functions while supporting commercial activity and the firm’s growth in London, New York and Singapore. Prior to Fairview, he held senior finance roles at CVC Secondary Partners (previously Glendower) and Ardian.
Ribhu is fully ACCA qualified, earning fellowship status in 2018, and holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics with Accounting from Loughborough University.
