Prior to starting All Seas, Marc was a partner (“Member”) of KKR & Co where he spent a decade and started the European dimension of the firm’s private credit activities with a special emphasis on hybrid transactions. He sat on the Global Private Credit Committee and was a Portfolio Management Committee member. He started his career in 1995 at Citibank and also worked at Bankers Trust before moving to the buyside in 1999. He has invested over $1.9Bn since he started his career

Prior to All Seas, he was a Director at KKR which he joined in 2010 where he was a senior member of the European private credit platform. He has invested over $2.2 billion into privately held businesses since he started his career

Prior to All Seas, Joe was a Vice President at Lazard, where he spent close to six years in the Financial Sponsors and Industrials M&A teams. Joe worked across a variety of transactions at Lazard, including sell-side and buy-side M&A, as well as IPOs and re-financing transactions. Most recently he focussed on mid-market transactions with a range of capital solutions, from full control to minority equity

Prior to All Seas, Charlie was at Lazard in the Industrials and Financial Sponsors M&A teams. Charlie worked across a variety of transactions at Lazard, including sell-side and buy-side M&A, as well as restructuring and re-financing transactions. Charlie previously qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.

Prior to ASCP, Alain held positions at Rothschild & Co and Credit Suisse, advising clients across a variety of transactions across M&A, restructuring and financing, as well as a European private equity firm, where he worked across a range of mid-market investment transactions, primarily in the industrial technology and healthcare sectors

He holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA from University of Zurich

Prior to joining All Seas Capital in 2023, Luis was an Associate at Centerview Partners, where he worked primarily with clients in the healthcare, consumer and industrials sectors.

Luis holds a degree in Economics from University College London and started his career as an Analyst at Lazard in London.

Prior to All Seas, Jeremy was an Analyst at Lincoln International in the Industrials M&A team. Jeremy advised on a variety of mid-market transactions from full control to minority equity, including sell-side and buy-side M&A as well as business partnerships

He holds an Advanced Master in Finance from ESCP Business School and a BBA from ESSEC Business School

Prior to All Seas, Leeron was an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey in the Consumer, Food & Retail M&A team.

Leeron advised on a variety of mid-market transactions from full control to minority equity, including sell-side and buy-side M&A across Europe.
She holds a BA from the University of Cambridge

Alan founded Avoca, a European Credit manager, in 2002 which was acquired by KKR in 2014

He co-headed KKR’s Global Credit business after its 2014 merger

Ed Law joined KKR in 2010 and is a former KKR Global Head of Equity Capital Markets, focussed on providing equity capital markets advice to corporates globally

Prior to joining KKR, Ed was head of Western European Equity Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank

During his time at KKR, Ed worked in both London and New York and developed a full service equity capital markets business within KKR, raising over $80bn of equity over 8 years across multiple sectors and geographies. Ed has 25 years of industry experience.

Fred worked for 17 years with KKR, where he was promoted to partner in 2005 and later head of Global Credit Strategies

In 2007 he founded KKR’s Global Mezzanine Finance and raised a €1bn+ fund

Prior to joining All Seas, Gemma was responsible for fundraising and investor relations at MML Capital Partners. Gemma was at MML for almost a decade, having started on the investment team.

Prior to All Seas, Tom was Chief Operating officer for Pemberton for four years until early 2021. He had previously worked in a number of roles spanning Finance, Operations and COO functions in various banks and wealth managers over a thirty year career. Tom is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Before joining All Seas, Martina worked as a Private PA with a Family Office and other HNW clients

Prior to that, she worked as an Executive Assistant at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co
