Alain Kaptan

Alain joined All Seas Capital in 2021 and is a Principal in the Investment Team. Before joining All Seas, he held positions at Rothschild & Co and Credit Suisse, advising clients on a variety of transactions in M&A, restructuring, and financing. He also worked at the private equity firm Eisvogel, where he focused on mid-market investment transactions, primarily in the industrial technology and healthcare sectors. He holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA in Political Science from the University of Zurich.
